My name is Brody Hertz, and I am proud to be an active volunteer at the Friendship Circle. Since joining in the fall of 2024, I have witnessed the incredible impact this organization has on individuals and families with special needs in our community.

As part of the Friends At Home program, I spend time each Tuesday with my buddy. It has become one of the most meaningful parts of my week. Seeing the smile on my buddy’s face each time I walk in the door reminds me of the importance of friendship, inclusion, and support.

Friendship Circle’s mission goes far beyond weekly visits — it creates lasting relationships, strengthens families, and builds a more compassionate community for individuals with special needs.
